Last week i went to Miri with my gang of E.D. crew. There are 14 of us. I sat inside express bas for almost 15 hours all the way to Miri. Oh my pity butt…..

We live at Kampung Sukan Petronas which near Miri Indoor Stadium. The hostels is clean, but too bad.. the room have no air-con as Miri’s weather is hot. I slept the whole afternoon on the day i reached there just to have a good rest for my butt after sticking on the seat for the endless 15 hours..haha..

We visited to quite a few places in Miri.
I attended a seminar course at Curtin University Malaysia Campus. I been got the chance to visit to their Lecture hall and their Uni Canteen.

There is a Taoist Temple which is the largest in South East Asia. It looks so huge from outside, but we found that it is actually not so huge as I thought… But still, it is the largest one in South East Asia Region.

I did visit to the first Oil Well in Malaysia–”The Grand Old Lady”. It is located on Miri Canada Hill which overlooking the town. The view of Miri city from here is really really nice and beutiful.

The Muzium Petroleum. Too bad!!! We did not manage to get visit to this, for it is closed on sunday.

The Miri Public Park is a new park built on hill top. There is a suspension bridge which enable visitor to get accros to the opposite end of the park. There is a water park under the bridge and it is only for kids. The air was cool and refreshing.

Near my hostel, there is a Miri City Fan. It is a National Award-winning Urban Park which facilitated with the largest open-air amphitheatre in Malaysia. The Islamic Garden is also one of the theme garden in the City Fan.
